Fuel price rises?

  Does anyone know whether we are to get similar fuel price increases here in Spain to those that are now coming into effect in the UK? We were heating our pool with electric heater which was massively expensive, but since we installed the solar heating the savings have been huge and I imagine even more beneficial if these fuel rises do come here.
