  • hi from andalucia

I live in andalucia, but I'm working in a public office belonging to the regional government, being my task the assestment of national and foreign people to create companies in spain.

first thing to say is that spain is like a federal country, and some proceedings are held by central state, some by regional governments and some by local authority.

depending on what kind of company you want to create you have to take different steps.

the easiest way to establish in spain, is applying for Autonomo licence (free-lance). all you need is a NIE (Numero de Identificacion de Extranjero), and some easy steps with Tax office, National Security, and regional government.

for more information here is the link of our office

    my name is raul moreno

    good luck
