How do I get a residency and work permit for Spain?

I am a Nepali citizen who is in the middle of divorce from a German woman. My temporary residency permit for Germany expires soon and cannot be extended. I would like to remain on continental Europe, as my father and mother are here and have become German/EU citizens.
