research grant/scolarship for an Italian student that will go in Basel

• Hi
  My name is Paolo and I'm italian. I will go in Basel soon, to work at University of Basel in a Scientific reserch laboratory as internship. The boss of the departmen told me about research grants/scolarships promotes by "Ministero degli esteri Italiano" for italian students that want to work and study (as intern or phd student)in University of Basel scientific departments. I want to know if there are others organizations (in Italy, Switzerland or UE) that promotes research grant/scolarship for an Italian student that want to work and study in University of Basel.
