Cheap Calls from China

  I'm an expat in China for a Manchester-based company. I would like to recommend Net Callback (www.netcallback.com) for making international calls from China to the UK. Only 6 cents USD per minute! Check it out! It surely helped me alot.

  I have a friend in China who now can use his mobile to call the UK. He is looking for a very cheap option using a Chinese Sim Card can you advise?
