Going to Pakistan for getting married, withdrawn tier1 application

• Hi there,
  
  I have to go for getting married, I applied early like 3 weeks before i have to fly .. I thought I wil get passport with 2 weeks as my case is very straight forward for Tier 1. I applied cuz my visa will expire after 2 weeks when i will come back to UK.
  Can any body tell me , is there any law or any restriction that i would be able to enter UK again with student visa to apply for tier ! again from UK again?
