I need info on How to apply for a Transfer Work Permit?

• Hi, Im currently employed in South Africa for a UK based company and recently been offered to work in London for the same co. I am married with 2 kids, How/ Where do I apply as I need to find and give this info to my employer to apply ASAP.Thank you!!!
