• Hi, here is an answer to all you questions regarding the French administration system. It is a new "hotline" that promises to have someone answer your call in less than 3 rings, and also promises an answer to your question (or redirection to someone with the answer) in less than 3 minutes! "Incroyable", you may say ... what is this miracle that will help avoid spending hours in queues at the multitude of administration buildings, wasting money on phone calls that put you in a phone queue for 15 minutes (if you're lucky) ... well here is the answer ... 3939 "allo service public" This is phone number (3939) that you can call for an answer to any question ... documents required for a given visa, social services benefits, etc, etc.
