deporting... how to... can i?

• this girl i know married someone that she met from abroad, they have a child together, the husband is in england (uk)now... but the husband turned out to be an idiot. he doesnt love her, he doesnt do anything with his son, the son is literally scared of him, he doesnt give any financial help to his wife and son, he's constantly belittling her. he's never laid a finger on either one of them but plays mind games with her. this girl is only 20 years old. she doesnt know what to do. the huband is a control freak who doesnt let her see her family. the thing is, he hasnt got his passport yet... i dont know how all that works... but is there anything she can do... she's scarde of losing her son... he's the kind of person that will end up fighting for him just so he can pretend that he cares.

  Tell her to go see a lawyer and file for divorce if she has a real problem with him. If he has been in the country less than 2 years then he will probably not have leave to stay here indefinitely. If she divorces him before he gets that then she should inform the immigration to get him deported. I doubt she would lose her son as the courts in the Uk will come down on the side of the mother 99% of the time. 1st step Solicitor.
