INFORMATION and HELP...

• Hello all, First the girl that needed help on sending her husband back, the visa as to expire before they can send him back only if his in criminal acts with proves, only then can they deport him back with immidiate effect.
  The guy about the 10years reaplying,i dont think so.If u r denied a visa doesnt mean u cant reaply if u have a good reason and fulfil the requirments.
  I am married to a romanian and she wants to go to UK to start working so we plan on going together.Please can someone advise me on what to do before my EEA FAMILY PERMIT expires, It says romania have to stay 12months before they can apply for residence. But my visa expires in 6months and she have to have a residence b4 we can both apply for me,it also takes almost 6months to get a reply when you apply at the home office. what can i do?
