Spouse Visa help info

    Let me explain my Case , As I need help from your side about what to do.

    - I'm Egyptian Married to the UK Citizen from about 16 Month back. .

    - She left UK in 1985 and never go back , as she have stay in Egypt until today , she is 28 years old

    - We Just have our 1st Baby.

    1- We have register our 1st Baby and already got the British Style Birth Certificate from the UK Embassy in Egypt.

    2- Apply for Passport for the Baby, it will be ready next week

    3- I have apply “myself” for a Visitor Visa to UK and will do the interview in 10 days , as we are willing to travel to UK
    Just to prepare everything needed for the spouse Visa as a next step.

    Our visit to the UK will be for a pleasure trip and we have enough money
    To support us during the 2 week stay (5000 Euro) + bank statements + Invention Letter for me + company Registration with Capital of 200,000 USD ,
    after all this do you think it will be refused , please let me know.

    What I need to know as below :

    a ) My Wife are not working “Housewife” and she is depending on me ? with this case can she still
    Sponsor me for the spouse visa or no ? (She is over 21)

    b ) She have never been before to the UK back to 20 years , what she will need to do once arrive regarding any registering
    Like National Insurance number ..ect ? please explain more.

    D ) How much money we will need in order to get approved for the spouse Visa ?

    I own 50% in a company which have a Capital of 200,000 USD (Capital for Companies in Egypt have to be paid upfront) , Salary 3,000 Euro/ Monthly as the CEO of the company.
    Also I have own a house in Cairo which cost around 100,000 USD , is this ok ?

    E ) Do she will need to rent a house and got an Address so we could apply for the Spouse Visa or just show that we have enough Cash
    On hand to support us ?
