student visa switch to IGS visa

• I hold a student visa expires in June 2009, but I don't want to continue my current study any more and want to switch to the IGS visa in December 2008 so that I could start full time job. I have got my master degree in UK in January 2008. Could I apply in December 2008 to switch to the IGS visa (or the tier 1 post study visa)?

• From NVQ want to study another course

  I was enrolled as a NVQ sandwhich course do I have a chance to enroll another course after I finished my NVQ curse bec im a graduate of a Nursing and Midwifery course in the Phillippines.
