unfair treatment at heathrow

• I am a young nigerian girl and i visited d uk last year in march. I had a six month visa at the time. As i was returning to nigeria in august an immigration officer took my passport and asked me why i had stayed so long. I still had about 5 days left on my visa. She went ahead to draw a line across my visa. I have tried to renew my visa but have been denied, i really dont know what to do so can anyone help me please?

  u can appeal but u have only 28 days since u been refused,
  u should have aslek her why she is crossing it over when u still have 5 days ...really , either she or u are whrong?
  does she put date when she crossed it ? she also should give u recepit or some nouber under which they doen what they have done do u have any paper ?
  if not they still have it in their file anyway, so when u apply again for visa is definately going to cause u problems but on the back of the form explained what have heppned ECO should find out dates on database
