phone card or direct dial number

• I have just moved to Frankfurt Germany and have just come across your website which is great. The information on calling cards is very information, however the websites you mention are in German which I do not understand. I would like to know where and how buy a phone card or advice on that the pre-dial nos are for Australia, USA and Italy.
