Arranging visa to Dubai

• Dear All
  I am indian from Tamilnadu madurai. I had attended interview in chennai for Abudhabi Civil foreman job. The overseas manpower agency promissed me to send visa with in 10 to 15 days. but I am not yet received any from them. I had sent to them my Medical certificate also. I want to know How much time take this process and where i will get or not. How can I belive 100% surity about this placement. Please guide me proceed further.
