Reg Company visa

• Hi i would like to know the details of the visa conditions in dubai, Like
  how many years of work permit is their if i have a company visa.
  If the position of the job is not know from the company , is it possible to get Company visa
  With out getting the original copy of the Visa and keeping the xeror copy is it possible to land n Dubai .
