Friends in Delft, Den Haag, Rotterdam or Nearby cities

• Hi I moved to Delft 5 months ago, to do My Master, but I have found that to find friends in the old fashion way here is not so easy since I don't speak dutch. I am a 34 years old man.
  
  I would like to make friends in the area Den Haag, Leiden, Rotterdam anything in 30 minutes by train.
  
  I don't want to offend any body but I am straight, so I can have men friends, but keep that in mind to avoid any inconvenience.
  
  If possible I would like to find people for friendship.
