How to phone in France for the cheapest cost ?

• Hello,
  I'm french. I will live in some months in Eindhoven and I would like to keep my french professionnal home-office activity living in the Nethelands. For this job, I need to phone in France about 30 times/day - 3h/day. Then, I have to find the cheapest cost of the NL-market, could you help me ? Could I find no-limit international phone contract ?
  Could it be combined with an internet connection offer ?
