Not with my wife anymore and she does not want to give me her id

• I live in london and have been for 7 years, and married for 5. I have made an application for my stay and have been given tempory stay, which means i can work and pay taxes. I have recently broken up with my wife and she ahs moved back to france. I need her ID to complete my application but she does not want to give it to me.
  
  Can I continue my application without her documents?
  And if i apply for a divorce can i do this without er doccuments? Will any of this affect my application?
