foreigner in need of a job!!! URGENT PLEASE HELP

  i am chinese student currently staying in Denmark. In an attempt to expand my horizon i have been searching for jobs in the Uk. The problem is that is seems not many employers are willing to employ foreingers since it seems like we inconvience them with having to apply for a visa. i was wondering how can i find jobs that are willing to employ foreigners?
