UK Visa - Please!!

• HI,
  I`m from the U.S. and I would like to study in the UK starting in September. Before that I`ll do an internship starting in June for 2 months.
  I hope somebody can help me with the Visa.
  Do I have to go back to the U.S. after the internship to apply for the student visa?
  My working visa would last for 6 months, then I would have 2 visas at the same time- the working and the student visa.
  Can anybody help me with that.
  I`m really desperated.
  maybe somebody knows whom I could ask for my questions!
