Does anyone know if the health insurance that the governement in Belgium provides is sufficient? Should I get additional health insurance?

I'm not from Belgium, but some if my Belgian friends have always told me that they needed to get extra health insurance, just to be on the safe side.
I've also found this website http://expat-money.be/ that has a very large guide on financial aspects of moving to Belgium. Maybe you should check it out.
