looking for an old friend from Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

• hi if anyone could help me find an old friend of mine his name is RASHEED AL BARQ, he is from Ras Al Khaimah. I just want to know where he is and how he is ..i might visit UAE for awhile in the future. Am not from UAE an in the states. His last known address as as it concerns me was Ras Al Khaimah , he went to school in Oregon dont know where but we were good friends, then i lost contact, unfortunately internet wasn't around yet.
