After signing a job contract are you obliged to accept it?

• I received two job contracts from swiss companies that asked me to sign immediately the contract.
  I would like to visit Switzerland before to decide the city in which I am going to live (Lausanne or Zurch)so I would like to know if I Could sign the two contracts and then decide which one is the better for me?
  
  I should start working on the 1st of october and I will take my decision after a travel before the end of june.
  Do you know if there are consequences if I sign a contract and I refuse the job after 2 weeks.
