Job Contract

• Hi,
  I am Mechanical Engineer with 8 yrs of experience
  I have received job invitation from a Portugal Firm, and will be negotiating the terms and conditions of the work contract in next week.
  I am requesting from the forum members for a advice on the expected salary for a Mechanical Engineer with 8yrs experience,perks,benefits, allowances and other ameneties provided by the employers in Portugal, as I dont have an idea of the normal terms of contract that are used in Portugal.
