Fianzas portugal

• Alguien sabe cuál es la fianza estándar en Portugal cuando alquilas un piso? Mi casero pretende cobrarme 3 meses de alquiler y me parece abusivo.

  yes, thats quite a regular request. depending on the landlord, one is used as the first months rent, and the other two for the last two months of rent. Always ask for receipts and make sure that the state of the apartment/domestic appliances/furniture is assessed by both you and the landlord prior to signing anything..that way there are no disputes over broken or missing items that may jepardise your "calcao". good luck
