IT Professional on HSMP VISA desparately looking for any suitable Job

I have arrived in UK more than eight weeks ago on HSMP Visa from Pakistan and I am willing to do any kind of suitable Job. I am unable to find any job yet & I am very much desparate to have any kind of suitable job.
I have over 7 years of extensive professional experience working in System/Network Administration departments after completing my Graduation. I am good in designing, planning, installing & managing large computer networks (LAN/WAN). Expertise in Windows 2000, System Administration, HelpDesk Support, Network Administration, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Microsoft ISA Server, Medical Transcription (complete setup from scratch), Offshore Inbound/Outbound Call Center SetUp & operation.
I hope that someone will definitely help me get any suitable job. I will be much obliged & thankful for any kind of help regarding job.
