Dependent Visa

Hi,
My wife is currently in Canada on a work visa. He wanted me to come and join him. However, I looked at the immigration site and I did not get any information on how I can apply for a dependent visa as my wife is working there on a work visa. I will really appreciate if someone can guide on how the procedure works.
