Graphic Designer/Cartoon Animator

I am Graphic Designer/Cartoon Animator and Assistant Administrative. I work for all medium in Web, Broadcast and Print. I am working in USA on H1-B visa and my base is Pakistan. Can you tell me that is this favorable for me to approach Dubai for job, because I am taking interest in Dubai due to good market condition. Related to my field, USA is subletting all projects to Dubai and India. Thats why I am interested.And how much duration, Dubai gives employment visa?
