How much time it takes to issue an UAE Visa?

Dear sir
I got job offer in Dubai I have sent all the required documents to process the visa. I haven't got my employment visa till now (its more than two months) the company says they are getting delay to get the visa Please tell is it really getting delay to issue employment visa.
