about wife visa

hello!sir/madam!i have a ban in labour for 6 months duration.but my wife she is planning to give me a wife visa.do you think there is no problem with us?because my employer he force me to resign.and they dont want to give our salary.i need help from labuor to give me n.o.c permit.
