employment visa duration

• Dear Sir,
  
  I was working in Dubai for the past six years. But last may I resigned the job before two months of contract finishing. But that company has put the banned for six months. But after words I came to dubai in visit for the six months. Now my banned period has finished already. In fact I have got job in other concern and the appointment letter also. That company told me to go back to India and they will process the employment visa. Now almost one week over. So could you please tell me how long it will take me to get the employment visa. That would be highly appreciated.
