employment visa

• dear sir, im working on group of hotels without labor card and my finish of my contract is on may 2009 i dont like to renew for another contract i want to find another job, but some of my colluege they already resign they give immigration ban for one year bec they are telling we dont have labor card only immigration visa. What if before i finish my contract i want to send one month notice because my end of my two years is may. my question is they can give ban and i can returned here in dubai as visit visa to find another job & my company they can give a ban.
  What if my previous company they give me ban even i finish my two years what can do? please me answer to my emaid: [email removed]
