SUB : VISA STAMPING WITHOUT NOC. and needful information

• Assalamu alikum, respected sir i am working as a x-ray technician in hospital holy makkah KSA since 28 feb 2007 my contract will be going to finish on 28 feb 2009.i have a another good offer and opportunity for my job in the same city holy makkah. they agree to provide the visa. after finishing of my contract period i wants to go final exit with this sponsour, and wants to come with the another sponser who is providing me visa. what is needful docoument required from the present sponsor which i have to take? if the present sponsour not willing to give the NOC. in such circumstances can i get the visa stamping for another job? or how much time i have to wait to stamp the another visa ? what is the saudi Ambasy rules pl informe me. and what is the procedure to get the visa under your organisation? 00966541417281 my e-mail id is : [email removed]
