Depandant Visa for my Son

  • Dear Sir, I am placing the following facts for your kind consideration/advice in the matter please.1.I and my wife both are British Citizen. 2. My two Unmarried sons Namit Jetly (Age34years) and Vinit Jetly (Age 31) are living in India being Indian Citizens.3. My wife left for India on2ND of September to take care/attend my very sick elder son Namit Jetly, who is suffering from fits of depression, isolation and ultimately turned into Alcoholic state of affairs with with drawl symptom.Due to this He has lost his Job, and at present he is not having any source of income or accommodation to survive.He needs 24 hours attendance of some one to look after him.His younger brother, Vinit Jetly is having touring job and having very limited source of income, therefore he is unable/unwilling to support his elder brother financially, physically or even morally I am also a Heart Patient and needs supervision and assistance of some one to take care of meMy wife is also under medical treatment for various problemsFurther to above, I am getting Pension Credit and having no other source of incomeIn view of the facts as placed above, you are kindly requested to please kindly advice me about dependant visa/discretionary leave out of the Immigration Rules under the most compassionate circumstances and on the humanitarian ground to enable my very sick son to unite with the ailing parents in the UK.Any further delay in the pending matter will result into a great loss of human being in the family.At Present, I have also joined my wife in India to take care/treatment of my ailing sonLooking forward for an earliest and positive reply.Please treat it as most urgent and try to contact me through British High Commission, New Delhi at my Delhi AddressBrij Bhushan Jetly6/17, 3rd FloorWest Patel NagarNew Delhi India110008
