Hi, Im from Mongolia and i study in Malaysia as Business major in AMerican Transfer Degree Program. Due to Nowadays American situation and my own family financial problem which arisen of sudden,im having very big difficulties to continue transfer US to fulfil my degree. Please can anyone give me advise! And if German Universities are free, can i continue study in Germany?
