Find a job in Swissterland

I am working with a UN Agency and I might be shortly joined the UN office in Geneva. My family will join me for this trip. All of us will definitely have stay permit but I would like to find out the opportunity of my husband to find a job or to do private business being a UN Spouse. We are muslim i.e our religion is Islam and he talks Arabic and a little of English. Kindly advise before I accept the offer on how to go about it. Are there any restriction on work permit to foreingers or it will be OK to get a work permit for him.
