Probably the dumbest comment dont purchase a condo because of the maintence fee.. Idiot with a house you must do all the maintence yourself.. cut the grass, plant flowers, paint the trim,, etc. etc. etc. If you have a busy lifestyle then a condo gives you more freedom to enjoy other activities, if you enjoy cutting the grass, shoveling the snow then yes purchase a house.
