Med insurance in Ireland for short term travelling visitors

• i am a Ghanaian citizen who will be travelling to london to visit family for a few weeks. whilst there i wld like to visit Ireland for a few days. what documents would i need to be admitted at the border? I am also pregnant, although i wont be due whilst in the U.K, but i would like to know what med insurance i can take to cover me in case i run into complications or premature labour? and how much would it cost in Ireland on private med care incase i am to have the baby whilst travelling in Ireland? pls help with info if u have any details.
