• We rent our 80 mts sunny and quiet fully furnished apartment, set on the second floor at the end of a small street, within walking distance from Vatican City and S. Pietro railway station (Monte del Gallo) very near to metro connection and shops.
  There are 2 bedrooms, one leading to balcony , a big living room with 3 windows, nice views on to trees and over the city .
  The kitchen has gas stove and electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine.
  There is 1 bathroom with bath & shower combination
  The price is 1600 E uro excluding bills
  available from september 1
  1 year contract
  references required
  This apartment would be ideal for a familgy who has two young children because there is a nice wooden bunk bed on the second bedroom.
  You will need to pay for electricity, heating,water bills, phone, internet. You just need to bring your suitcases. We dont have a TV.
