seeking for a sponsor

I am a gentleman from Zimbabwe and have been offered a place in the Vocational Education & Training,Diploma Studies starting July 2009. I have already paid for the 1st Semester and have got the OSCH. The visa application process needs the assurance and proof of financial resources. My brother who is in Australia (Perth) does have a bank statement but it does not have a balance that covers the payments for the period of that will bond me for the period of studying. I would be very much grateful for your reply.
