my husband and i live in australia and have been married for a year and one month we have a duaghter who was is 6 mnths and was born in australia i am a new zealand citizen but i hold a special class visa which makes me an eligable permanent resident of australia my husband at the moment is under the refugee status and the federal megistrate court has refused his case and told him he has 28 days to leave australia or apply at a fedral court if he is not satisfied from megistrate decision what visa can we apply for to let him stay in australia?
