visit visa

Im a Indian national working in UAE..i want to visit croatia..for 8 to 10 days...my gal frnd is in zagreb..so i dun knw wat is the procedure here in UAE..so will it be ok..if she gets a visa for me from croatia..and wat is the procedure for a visit visa..plz reply...my email is [email removed]
