not getting visa

• my name is dipak acharya i m studing in the ctl eurocollege.last time i appilied 2 renue my pinkslip on 05/06/2006 but stil i m getting my pinkslip.i couldn get any in formation n resposibility from my college.can u help me out from this condition. n can u tel me what should i de to get my pinkslip.here is my e-mail addres ([email removed])
