Renting in Dubai

Hi - My husband and I are moving to Dubai in 2 months time for work. I work within the Advertising industry on Jumeriah beach rd.
I have been advised that Dubai Marina is the best place to rent. However, was wondering whether you have any other options and ideas.
We would like somewhere furnished, either apartment or villa (swimming pool?) and of quite a nice standard. 1 or 2 bedroom.
Ideally paying no more than $120000AED. Your help would be greatly appreciated and you can contact me at [email removed]
