I got job in dubai as Software engineer

Hi,
I got a job in dubai through the consultancy. I would like to know salaries and cost of living in dubai. In India/Hyderabad iam getting 5.5 lacs per annum. They offerd me 8000 UED only. Is it advisable to come dubai with that salry or can i expect more. Please give suggestion on salary.
