i need a visit visa

I am Pakistani citizen.I have a gay aslym from pakistan and i am here in USA. i wanna visit Dubai for a week.
I have a travel document that means i can travel any ever except pakistan. I have a stable job here in USA and i wanna go for a week not more than a week pls tell me how can i do this. u can tell me by e-mail at my friend e-mail at ([email removed])
