i want to have a working permit and a visa

  Im Dennis A. Simborios a filipino and im 26 years old im now working in saudi arabia for about two years untill now in yanbu general hospital as a CSSD technician.i would like to ask if how could i have a visa so that i can work in italy togethere with my uncle.cause my uncle is olready a italian citizen.can i get the visa eassily? what are thoose steps needed so that i can have a chance to work your nice country,thats my dream since before to go italy.
