illegally staying in Italy... but studying!

• hey, just wana ask you some questions. I've been staying here in Italy for 2 years now. I'm already 28 years old. My visa expired 2 years ago. My mom is here, working as a care giver. And right now, Im currently taking a programming specialization in a technical & computer school sponsored by the government. The course will last 7 months, and I will have my "stage" or practicum after the class.
