Upstairs has one bedroom with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom and built in cupboards. Lounge has TV, DVD and satellite. Downstairs has a dining room, kitchen with fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, convection oven/stove and second bathroom. Complex has sundeck with heated swimming pool.
Rent is 100kd plus 14kd wireless W-net connection if needed. Security deposit of 50kd is required. I am tidy, hygienic and expect the same. The apartment is available immediately or from the end of the month.
